Shipping
Monarch Metal sells manufacturer direct to all worldwide locations. With four locations in Europe and the United States (Almelo, New York, Texas, and Nevada), we can ship your order on the same day. We ship packages throughout the US and to global destinations every day.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Can I Cancel My Order?
As most in-stock items are shipped on the same day, we are only able to cancel an order within 60 minutes of order confirmation. Custom fabricated orders cannot be cancelled.
Custom Fabricated Products & Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom fabrication and special order items.
Stock Products & Orders
Stock items are defined as prefabricated / non-custom products that we carry at our warehouse locations. Stock items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date; a 25% restocking fee will apply. Credit will only be issued on material that has not been modified or changed in any way and can be returned to stock and resold.
All returns require a Return Authorization, and you must contact Monarch Metal Inc. customer service for authorization and instructions.
